Roadships Acquisitions Australia Limited has moved the Sydney Office. The Chipping Norton office has been manned by Les Tucker for the last 4 years and is now being moved in line with our progress of acquisitions in Australia. Les Tucker who is 74 has been involved with Roadships since inception and was the principal driver of the Sydney loading office. Les who was out of action due to illness recently is wished well for the future.

Roadships acknowledges the incredible effort by the staff of T&G Insurance to assist flood victims in Queensland. Led by Michael Stephenson, the staff has rallied support from financial, furniture, food and clothing to assist those caught in the disaster. Ambassador for Roadships Alan Jones, in conjunction with T&G has autographed a Williams Formula 1 shirt which will be auctioned for
the flood relief.

Mr Niels Andersen was today appointed to the Board of Directors for Roadships Acquisitions Australia Limited. Mr Andersen is a Partner with Navitaship and prior was Senior General Manager, Director Head of Container/MPP-S&P, Newbuilding for Maersk Broker. Manager of new shipbuilding Maersk Broker, project manager new building for AP Moller Sale & Purchase, Ass Line Manager for Maersk West Australia Line. Mr Andersen will join the Board of Roadships Holdings, Inc. in the first quarter of 2011.

Mr Poul Bredesgaard was today appointed to the Board of Directors for Roadships Acquisitions Australia Limited. Mr Bredesgaard is a Partner with Navitaship and prior was General Manager, Director- Head of Specialized Tonnage for Maersk Broker. Line Manager- East Africa Service for Nordana Line, Line Manager- Central/South America Service for Weco Agencies. Mr Bredesgaard will join the Board of Roadships Holdings, Inc. RDSH in the first quarter of 2011.

Mr Alan Jones MBE, Ambassador for Roadships will Speak at Journal of Commerce North American Marine Highways Conference, April 5-6, 2011. AJ (as he is known in the World Formula 1 series) has been Ambassador for Roadships for ten years and he is set to speak at the JOC conference in Baltimore about Roadships plans for Marine Highway operations in the USA.

Roadships Acquisitions US, Inc has finalized agreement for the Acquisition of Reefco Logistics in Raleigh North Carolina. Further to the Share Purchase Agreement entered into by Roadships and Reefco on June 28, 2010 Roadships has finalized agreement for the acquisition of Reefco on the 22nd December 2010. Management for Roadships and Reefco have been working together post acquisition and are now in the process of establishing Reefco operations in Australia.

Royans Brisbane provides specialist repair services to the heavy transport industry on the East-coast of Australia. Initially founded in 1944, Royans Brisbane has highly experienced personnel who pride themselves on excellent levels of service.
